What does "individually adjusted nutrition plan" mean?

Your nutrition plan is oriented exactly to your objective – whether fat loss, muscle building, or performance increase. We calculate your optimal distribution of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and store them in an easily improved daily structure.

Instead of dry numbers, you find concrete meal suggestions with exchangeable ingredients – so you can replace rice with potatoes or pasta without blowing up the macro ratio. The plan grows with your progress: At every check-in, we adjust calories and macro distribution.

Personal Trainer & Bodybuilding Coach

Sports have been my passion for over 20 years. Originally from the Lüneburg Heath, I have lived in Marburg for 15 years and dedicate myself fully to strength sports.

My athletic journey began with endurance and strength-endurance sports before I completely committed to bodybuilding 15 years ago. I acquired my knowledge not only through experience but also directly from real professionals like Pit Trenz and Skadi Frei Seifert.

For over 10 years, I have been looking after clients and supporting them in achieving their goals. In doing so, I combine practical experience with sound knowledge from sports science.

Group Fitness Trainer & Coach

Sport is more than just a hobby for me – it is an integral part of my life. I have been training actively since 2006, back then with a main focus on martial arts and competitions, which was later supplemented by fitness and strength training. Finally, the passion for fitness came to the foreground. Since 2012, I have been able to live out my passion professionally: as a fitness trainer in a gym and as a teacher for German and Sports.

I am particularly enthusiastic about the world of Group Fitness. My great love applies to the programs of LES MILLS, whose energy and quality convinced me early on.

Over the years, I have acquired a total of 11 trainer licenses in the areas of group fitness, coaching, and nutrition – always with the goal of constantly developing myself and offering my participants the best possible training.

Since 2014, I have been training together with Benny, with whom I developed our joint personal training "Team Hardcore" back then. Together we share the enthusiasm for sports, movement, and motivation, nowadays with more focus on a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
