This website is hosted by STRATO AG (EU). Server logs are processed to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested pages) is processed for technical operation, security and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you contact us by email or phone, we use your data only to respond to your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We process username, email address, hashed password, package, duration and login history (including IP address and timestamp of the last 10 logins) as well as security data (e.g. failed login attempts, account lockouts) to provide protected content and manage access.
Consent for data processing is recorded at first login (timestamp and IP address). Upon request, an account can be deleted; final deletion takes place after a 7-day grace period.

This data constitutes a special category of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR. It is used exclusively to create an individual coaching plan, shared only with the supervising coaches, and not passed on to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent). Consent is obtained directly in the anamnesis form before submission and may be withdrawn at any time.
We use essential cookies for login and session management. Optionally, a "stay signed in" cookie can be set (duration: 30 days). Without these cookies the members area cannot be used. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze usage. Usage data (e.g. page views, interactions, device information) may be processed. Processing occurs only with explicit consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
PayPal is used for payment processing in the shop. Required payment data is transferred to PayPal. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
Member data is stored for the duration of the membership and then retained for 90 days. After an account deletion request, final deletion takes place after 7 days. Anamnesis data is stored for the duration of the membership and up to 90 days thereafter. Security and login logs are generally stored for 90 days. Backups are kept for 30 days.
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
